(1) Android Developers: 2 Positions ( Salary 8k to 16 K)
(2) PHP, code igniter & webrtc: 3 positions (Salary 8k to 20k)
(3) Chief Technology officer: 1 positions (Salary 12 to 25 K)
(4) HR & office Admin (female): 1 positions (Salary 5 to 8 K)
(5) Marketing Executives: 12 positions in Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Calcutta
Salary:  Rs.8,000 to 35,000 a month

Job Details:
(1) Android Developers: 2 Positions (Salary 8k to 16 K)
The Android Mobile Developer is responsible for developing high quality native Android mobile code and driving a more modern, mobile-centric user experience. Working within a designated project team, candidates will be required to improve/extend the range of mobile functionality offered to customers and drive a compelling front end user experience.
  • Ensure software development methods utilize best practices and maintain high quality, security and performance.
  • Ensure protection of intellectual property and source code and adhere to company source code management processes and procedures.
  • Provide regular feedback on improvement to software development processes and procedures.
  • Identifies and uses key learning points from daily activities to increase effectiveness.
  • Works closely with colleagues to ensure software solutions meet specified quality criteria.
  • Learn our products to better understand the customer experience.
Essential Skills/Behaviors:
  • College degree in computer science, information systems, and/or equivalent work experience.( 1 year minimum experience but may be relaxed for good candidates)
  • Experience on Android platforms (Android mobile mandatory, Android tablet preferable).
  • Experience using Google Play Services and geolocation tracking.
  • Experience with agile development, API, and/or extreme programming methodologies.
  • Experience with asynchronous operations to complete background requests.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to software development.
  • Good skills to communicate with business and technical personnel.
  • Confident when dealing with multiple projects and changing and conflicting priorities.
(2) PHP, code igniter & webrtc: 3 positions (Salary 8k to 20k)
A. PHP WEB DEVELOPER: 2 Positions
Qualifications/Skills:-
·         Expert level understanding of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
·         Experience working in PHP, .NET, Java, and other languages
·         Experience with MySQL, SQL(PostgreSQL, etc… a plus), LESS, Sass or SCSS a bonus.
·         Experience developing on Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Drupal and/or Joomla
·         Experience developing in MVC frameworks including Ruby on Rails, CodeIgniter, ZendFramework, ASP.NET MVC
·         Experience with Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop
·         Experience with browser compatibility / building standards-compliant sites (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills
·         We are particularly interested in candidates with advanced JavaScript skills and demonstrated experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as: JQuery and/or Dojo.
B.  WEBRTC DEVELOPER: 1 Position
Basic Qualifications:
·         1+ years of professional development experience
·         Experience in (one of) C/C++/C#
Preferred Qualifications:
·         Experience with low latency media connection handshakes and transport (SIP, STUN/TURN/ICE, DTLS, WebRTC, RTP, H.264, OPUS,XMPSS)
·         Experience developing highly reliable and scalable micro services
·         Experience developing and debugging services in Linux
·         Experience working with RTMP and HLS
·         Strong desire to work with streamers and viewers to troubleshoot issues
·         Experience working in a dynamic startup environment

(3) Chief Technology officer: 1 position
The Chief Technology Officer’s (CTO) primary responsibility is to oversee the streamlined technical operations of the IT Department and ensure the processes it adheres to are effectively executed and service standards achieved. This person should have the business knowledge necessary to align technology-related decisions with the organization's objectives and tactics.
CTO job duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the IT department across disciplines.
  • Provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.
  • Participate in corporate governance and work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
  • Maintain a current understanding technology trends and platforms, including social media and the IT threat landscape for the industry.
  • Direct and manage the design of all IT infrastructure, software and communications systems, including external and internal business processing systems.
  • Review opex and capex budgets within IT to ensure they comply with stated goals, guidelines, and objectives. Likewise, review performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
 Education/ experience/ certifications:
  • University degree in the field of computer science or information systems and 5+years related work experience. Master’s degree in either of these fields or Master of Business Administration with technology is preferred.
  • Seven years of experience managing and/or directing an IT operations, including extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
(4) HR & office Admin (female): 1 positions (Salary 5 to 8 K)
Relevant Skills:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Marketing or other related field. Dip in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
(5) Marketing Executives : 12 positions in Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Calcutta (Salary 8K to 15 K + incentives upto 4 lacs per year)
Required Qualifications /Skills:
  • 1-2 years experience managing complex clients, while selling consulting, IT services
  • Strong sales management knowledge and/or experience
  • Proven consistent track record of delivering
  • Existing and/or evolving in-depth understanding of the functions they represent
  • Ability to develop and secure relationships with buyers, decision makers, influencers and other referral sources across a variety of industries
  • Experience in relationship building that increases account penetration and leads to increased revenue opportunities with existing clients
  • Lead or support practice sales management activities
  • Experience managing internal sales activities to ensure consistent approach to marketplace across geographies and industry groups.
